The renovation project creates three distinct interior design proposals, each tailored to fit a specfic user profile while respecting the villa's architectural heritage.

The first concept, Glam, is aimed at young students and travelers in their 30s and 40s. With the use of bold jungle themed wallpaper and detailed decorative elements, this proposal imitates the atmosphere of a lush garden, creating a sensorial space.

The second concept, Green, is designed for environmentally conscious individuals in their 20s and 30s. Inspired by the principales of sustainability and energy efficiency, it blends organic aesthetics with the use of natural materials and raw finishes, all while creating a contemporary living space.

The final concept, Grid, targets young professionals and business travelers. It offers a functional and well-connected space, suitable for a fast-paced urban lifestyle. With the use of hyper-technological units, a functional space is created without compromising comfort or design integrity.
